1. Sponsor prospects that you are interested in to be friends:

Choosing a sponsor may not be a big deal for some, while for others, sponsoring a downline requires time and energy.

In this case, should you waste your time to sponsor someone that you are not interested to become friends with?

Sponsoring a downline means you have to be with that person every week, or to be with that person in every workshop or training that the company will sponsor, so it is better if you will sponsor someone that you are interested to be friends with.

2. Invest time with your downlines:

You have to spend time with your downlines. You have to make sure that you are getting to know them better.

If you will attend workshops and meetings, do not attend alone. Make sure that your downlines are attending with you. Attending with them will encourage them more than if you just send them to attend seminars.

5. Schedule a meeting every week:

Aside from the company workshops, it is better if you will set aside a definite day each week. A scheduled meeting with downlines will give you the opportunity to hear their reports, in regards to their progress. You need to see which downline had made great progress, or which one needs a further assistance.

Lastly, taking good care of your downlines will give you more room to succeed, not just in monetary terms, but in even on the social and professional levels as well.
